2 Limitation of authorised person’s powers
(1)
The powers of an authorised person may be limited—
(a)
under a condition of appointment; or
(b)
by notice of the vice-chancellor given to the authorised person.
(2)
Notice under subsection (1)(b) may be given orally, but must be confirmed in writing as soon as possible. sch 1 s 2 amd 2005 No. 18 s 165 sch
