26AC Eligibility to vote
A person is eligible to vote in an election for a class of elected members mentioned in section 15(2)(a) to (f) only if the person—
(a)
is an eligible person for the class of elected members; and
(b)
otherwise meets any requirements under the election policy for eligibility to vote.
