University of Southern Queensland Act 1998

The student guild is declared to be an excluded matter for the Corporations Act, section 5F, in relation to the provisions of that Act for which a statutory body within the meaning of the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 is declared to be an excluded matter under section 13A of that Act.
