45 Approval of proposed scheme
(1)
A proposed scheme is of no effect until it is approved by the Governor in Council and the approval is notified in the gazette.
(2)
On approval, the proposed scheme becomes an approved scheme.
(3)
So far as is practicable, the university must give a copy of the approved scheme to the donor of the property the subject of the scheme.
(4)
Also, the university must without charge give a copy of the approved scheme to anyone else who asks for it.
