90 Continuation, and term of office, of additional members
(1)
A person who was an additional member immediately before the commencement continues as an additional member until—
(a)
the person’s term of office ends under subsection (2); or
(b)
the person’s office sooner becomes vacant.
(2)
Despite section 20, the person’s term of office ends when the new additional members’ terms of office start.
