97 Existing reviews under repealed parking statute
(1)
This section applies if an application for a review under the repealed parking statute was made, but not decided, before the commencement.
(2)
The review may be heard, or continue to be heard, and dealt with under the repealed parking statute as if the statute were still in force.
(3)
In this section—repealed parking statute means a university statute made under previous section 59.
