16A Application of Act to applications not decided before commencement
(1)
This section applies if an application under section 11 was made, but not decided, before the commencement.
(2)
This Act continues to apply in relation to the application as if the Court and Civil Legislation Amendment Act 2017, section 255 had not been enacted.
