91 Annual reports
As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, but no later than 31 October, the board must give the Minister a report on the performance of the board’s functions during the preceding financial year (the reporting period).
The report must include, for the reporting period—
details of the activities of the board; and
any recommendations made by the board under this Act; and
details of conflicts of interest disclosed by members and actions taken by the board to address any conflict of interest, including conflicts of interests disclosed before the reporting period.
The report may include an evaluation of any action taken in response to a recommendation by the Minister, a government entity or non-government entity during the reporting period, whether the recommendation was made before or during the reporting period.
The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after receiving the report.
