94 Terms of reference
(1)
The board must decide the extent of, and terms of reference for, each review conducted by the board under section 62.
(2)
The board may publish the terms of reference for the review if the board considers publication would not have an adverse effect on the review or on any other review, investigation or proceeding under this Act or another law.
