2 Commencement
This Act, other than the following provisions, commences on a day to be fixed by proclamation—
(a)
sections 127, 128, 131 and 138;
(b)
schedule 3, definitions appropriately qualified, government assessor, scheme manager, the scheme and victims assistance unit.
