220 Application of s 5 and ch 3
(1)
Section 5, as amended by the amending Act, applies in relation to a crime only if the crime is committed after the commencement.
(2)
Chapter 3, as amended by the amending Act, applies in relation to an act of violence only if the act is committed after the commencement.
(3)
In this section—
amending Act means the Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2023.
