Application of part

In force

This part applies if—

(a)

for an act of violence, a person is a primary victim, secondary victim or related victim; and

(b)

the act resulted in a motor vehicle accident within the meaning of the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994; and

(c)

the person has made, or is or was entitled to make, a motor accident claim in relation to the motor vehicle accident.
