Notice of decision to grant assistance

In force

If the government assessor decides to grant assistance, the government assessor must give the applicant a notice stating the following—

(a)

any amount payable to the applicant, including—

(i)

the total amount payable to the applicant; and

(ii)

the amount payable for each component of assistance;

(b)

the conditions imposed on the grant of assistance;

(c)

the reasons for the decision, including the imposition of any conditions;Note—

(d)

the internal review details for the decision.
