100 Who is an eligible person
An eligible person, for a reviewable decision, is—
(a)
a person who is the subject of the decision; or
(b)
an agent of a person mentioned in paragraph (a); or
(c)
any other person who has a sufficient and genuine interest in the rights and interests of a person mentioned in paragraph (a) in relation to voluntary assisted dying.
