107 Parties to proceeding
For the QCAT Act, section 40(1)(e), each of the following persons is a party to a review of a reviewable decision about a person requesting access to voluntary assisted dying—
(a)
if the person is not the applicant—the person;
(b)
if the reviewable decision is a decision mentioned in section 99(b)—the coordinating practitioner for the person.
