135 Report to Minister or chief executive on board’s functions
(1)
The board may, and must on request, provide the Minister or the chief executive with a report about the board’s functions.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies despite section 119(2).
(3)
A copy of a report provided to the Minister under this section must be tabled by the Minister in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after receiving it.
