150 Nothing affects disciplinary proceedings, complaints or referrals
Nothing in this part prevents—
(a)
the making of a mandatory notification or voluntary notification about a person under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Queensland); or
(b)
the making of a health service complaint about a person under the Health Ombudsman Act 2013; or
(c)
the referral of an issue to the health ombudsman under section 117(1)(c)(iv).
