102K Chief executive may require further information or documents
(1)
The chief executive may, by notice, require the applicant to give the chief executive further information or a document reasonably required to decide the application.
(2)
When making the requirement, the chief executive must warn the applicant the application will not be considered further until the requirement is complied with.
