159 Chief executive may make end of waste codes and grant end of waste approvals
The chief executive may make a code (an end of waste code) that states—
for registered resource producers—when a particular waste stops being a waste and becomes a resource; or
for resource users—conditions about using a resource, including, for example, conditions about how, and the purposes for which, a resource may be used.
The chief executive may grant an approval (an end of waste approval) to a person that states—
when a particular waste stops being a waste and becomes a resource; or
conditions about using a resource, including, for example, conditions about how, and the purposes for which, a resource may be used.
