Registration of end of waste resource producers

Current

(1)

A person becomes a registered resource producer for an end of waste code by giving the chief executive a notice that the person intends to become a registered resource producer for the code.

(2)

The notice must—

(a)

be in the approved form; and

(b)

include the information prescribed by regulation; and

(c)

be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.

(3)

A person stops being a registered resource producer for an end of waste code by giving the chief executive a notice in the approved form.
