The following provisions commence on 1 December 2011—
• chapter 3, parts 3, 4 and 7
• sections 63 and 65
• chapters 5, 6, 7 and 8
• chapter 15, part 1
• sections 300 and 301
• chapter 16, parts 1, 2 and 3.

Chapter 16, parts 4 to 7 commence on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
