301D Estimation of waste levy amount payable
(1)
The chief executive may take action or continue to take action under section 60, as in force immediately before the commencement—
(a)
if the circumstances mentioned in section 60(1) in relation to the payment of the waste levy and the calculation of the waste levy amount payable by the operator of a levyable waste disposal site for a particular period apply; and
(b)
despite the repeal of section 60.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies until 1 July 2018.
