320 Grant of application
(1)
If the chief executive grants an application made under section 317, the chief executive must give the applicant a notice stating—
(a)
the application has been granted; and
(b)
any conditions imposed on the approval.
(2)
Also, if the chief executive imposes a condition on the approval, the notice must include or be accompanied by an information notice for the decision to impose the condition.
(3)
However, subsection (2) does not apply to a condition that is substantially the same as a condition agreed to or asked for by the applicant.
