328 Decision-making and extension period for existing amendment applications
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
before the commencement, an application was made under section 173M(1); and
(b)
immediately before the commencement, the period for deciding the application under former section 173M(4)(a) or (b) had not ended.
(2)
Former section 173M(4) continues to apply for deciding the application as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
