Imposition of waste levy

Current

The operator of a levyable waste disposal site is liable to pay the State a levy (the waste levy) on all levyable waste that is delivered to the site if—

(a)

the levyable waste disposal site is in the waste levy zone; or

(b)

the levyable waste disposal site is in the non-levy zone and the waste was generated outside the non-levy zone.
