72B Waste levy instalment agreement
(1)
A waste levy instalment agreement is an agreement between the operator of a levyable waste disposal site and the chief executive providing for the payment by instalments of a waste levy amount owed by the operator instead of in compliance with the requirements that would otherwise apply under this chapter for the payment of the amount.
(2)
A waste levy instalment agreement may relate to 2 or more levyable waste disposal sites for which the same person is the operator.
