99ZP Notice of container approval
(1)
If the chief executive decides to grant the container approval for a beverage product, the notice given to the manufacturer under section 173W must state the matters mentioned in section 99ZM(3) for the beverage product.
(2)
The chief executive must give a copy of the notice about the decision to the Organisation within 10 business days after making the decision.
