74 Chief executive may give notice about brand owner’s obligations
(1)
This section applies if the chief executive is satisfied, on grounds that are reasonable in the circumstances, that a brand owner is not a complying brand owner.
(2)
The chief executive may give the brand owner a notice stating that—
(a)
the chief executive has decided under subsection (1) that the brand owner is not a complying brand owner; and
(b)
subdivision 2 applies to the brand owner.
