Tabling amendments of the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2005 (Cwlth)

In force

(1)

The Minister must cause a copy of an amendment of the following—

(a)

the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2005 (Cwlth);

(b)

any regulations in force under that Act;

to be laid before the Legislative Assembly within 10 sitting days from the date on which the amendment commences.

(2)

Nothing in this section affects the operation of an amendment of the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2005 (Cwlth).
