22 Existing WELS inspectors
(1)
This section applies to a person who—
(a)
was appointed as a WELS inspector under section 45 of this Act as in force immediately before the commencement of this section; and
(b)
still held the appointment immediately before the commencement.
(2)
On the commencement, the person’s appointment as a WELS inspector—
(a)
continues to have effect according to its terms; and
(b)
is taken to be an appointment made under the applied provisions.
