14 Only certain persons may add fluoride to a public potable water supply
A person must not add fluoride to a public potable water supply unless the person is—
(a)
a public potable water supplier for the water supply; or
(b)
an employee or agent of the water supplier acting under the water supplier’s authority; or
(c)
acting under section 60.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
