60 Chief executive may take action if remedial notice not complied with
This section applies if the public potable water supplier fails to comply with the remedial notice.
The chief executive may take the action the chief executive considers reasonably necessary to remedy the contravention.
For taking the action, the chief executive may authorise a person to do the things that are necessary and reasonable.
Without limiting subsection (3), the person may—
enter a place for the purpose of taking action to remedy the contravention; and
take onto the place any persons, equipment or materials the person reasonably requires for taking action to remedy the contravention.
This section does not authorise a person to enter any part of a place where a person resides.
