85 Appointments and authority
The following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it—
(a)
the chief executive’s appointment;
(b)
an authorised person’s appointment;
(c)
the authority of the Minister, the chief executive or an authorised person to do anything under this Act.
