45 Purpose
The purpose stated on the water allocation must be—
(a)
if the purpose stated on the existing authorisation is stock, domestic, irrigation, stock intensive, agriculture, dairy, water harvesting, aquaculture or a similar purpose—‘rural’; or
(b)
if the purpose stated on the existing authorisation is distribution loss—‘distribution loss’; or
(c)
otherwise—‘any’.
