11 Outcomes for water in plan area
Water is to be allocated and sustainably managed in a way that—
(a)
recognises the natural state of watercourses, lakes and springs has changed because of water infrastructure, flow supplementation and the taking of water; and
(b)
seeks to achieve a balance in the following outcomes—
(i)
the general outcomes mentioned in section 12;
(ii)
the general ecological outcomes mentioned in section 13;
(iii)
the specific ecological outcomes mentioned in section 14.
