31 Volume of unallocated water held as general reserve or strategic reserve for subcatchment areas
(1)
The volume of unallocated water held as a general reserve or a strategic reserve in a subcatchment area is the volume stated for the reserve in the water management protocol for the subcatchment area.
(2)
This section does not limit section 30(a) or (b).
