13 Social and economic outcomes for water in plan area
Each of the following is a social or economic outcome for water in the plan area—
(a)
to make water available to sustain current levels of, and to support growth in, economic activity in the plan area;
(b)
to make water available for urban and industrial uses in the plan area;
(c)
to provide for the continued use of all existing surface water entitlements and other authorisations in the plan area, including water for stock or domestic purposes;
(d)
to protect existing entitlements from the effects of new authorisations;
(e)
to make water available for projects of State or regional significance in the plan area.
