101 Elements of water licences to take water from a watercourse, lake or spring
A water licence to take water from a watercourse, lake or spring in the plan area is to state—
(a)
1 of the following purposes for which the water may be taken under the licence—
(i)
stock and domestic;
(ii)
relift;
(iii)
agriculture;
(iv)
any; and
(b)
the maximum rate at which the water may be taken under the licence; and
(c)
the daily volumetric limit for the licence; and
(d)
the nominal entitlement for the licence; and
(e)
the monthly volumetric limit, if any, for the licence; and
(f)
the conditions, if any, for the licence, including flow conditions and conditions for storing water taken under the licence.
