109 Storing water taken under a water licence
(1)
This section applies if the chief executive decides to impose a condition on an amended water licence that states the works that may be used to store the water taken under the licence.
(2)
In deciding to impose the condition, the chief executive must consider the capacity of any existing overland flow works being used to store the water.
