48 Processes for releasing unallocated water—Act, s 43
(1)
For section 43(2)(f) of the Act, this section states the processes for releasing unallocated water not held as a general reserve under this plan.
(2)
The processes stated in the Water Regulation 2016, part 2, division 2, subdivision 2 apply for releasing unallocated water held as a strategic reserve.
(3)
The processes stated in the water management protocol apply for releasing unallocated water held as a strategic water infrastructure reserve.
