52 Taking water for stock or domestic purposes
For section 103(a) of the Act, an owner of land may take water from a watercourse, lake or spring for stock or domestic purposes—
(a)
from any location in the plan area, other than the area of a water supply scheme described in this plan; and
(b)
in any way.
