22 Monitoring requirements
(1)
To help the Minister assess the effectiveness of the management strategies for achieving the outcomes mentioned in part 3, the resource operations plan must state the monitoring requirements for water and natural ecosystems for this plan.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not limit the monitoring requirements the chief executive may impose for this plan.
