85 Water licence to take groundwater
(1)
A water licence to take groundwater in the Nicholson groundwater management area or the Einasleigh groundwater management area must state—
(a)
the purpose for which the water may be taken under the licence; and
(b)
the annual volumetric limit for the licence.
(2)
Despite subsection (1)(b), a water licence to take groundwater for dewatering may, but need not, state an annual volumetric limit.
