63 Elements of water licences
(1)
A water licence to take groundwater must state—
(a)
1 of the following purposes for which the water may be taken under the licence—
(i)
‘rural’;
(ii)
‘any’; and
(b)
the nominal entitlement; and
(c)
the conditions, if any.
(2)
However, subsection (1) does not apply to a water licence granted for the purpose of mine dewatering under section 206 of the Act.
