30 Period for which strategic unallocated water is granted for particular State purpose
(1)
This section applies to water licences for taking strategic unallocated water for either of the following State purposes—
(a)
a project of State significance;
(b)
a project of regional significance.
(2)
Water granted for a project is granted only for the life of the project and the right to take the water returns to the State on the conclusion of the project.
