75 Elements of water licences to take groundwater
A water licence to take groundwater must state—
(a)
a nominal entitlement that may be taken under the licence; and
(b)
the purpose for which groundwater may be taken under the licence; and
(c)
a monthly volumetric limit or quarterly volumetric limit, if any, that may be taken under the licence; and
(d)
the conditions, if any, under which the groundwater may be taken.
