124 Training courses for security guards
(1)
A person may be issued with a security licence (guard) only if the person has completed an approved safety training course (security guard).
(2)
If a person who holds a security licence (guard) intends to renew the licence, the person must complete an approved safety training course (security guard) within the period prescribed by regulation.
