141A Consideration of representations
(1)
The approved pistol club may make written representations about the show cause notice to the authorised officer in the show cause period.
(2)
The authorised officer must consider all written representations (the accepted representations) made under subsection (1).
Note—An authorised officer is empowered to suspend or revoke a shooting club permit under section 96.
