Existing reviews of decisions

In force

(1)

This section applies if—

(a)

before the commencement, a person applied for a review of a decision in relation to a licence under section 142(1)(a), (aa) or (e); and

(b)

immediately before the commencement, the review had not been decided.

(2)

In hearing or deciding the review, or any proceeding relating to the review, this Act as in force from the commencement applies.
