67A Possession and distribution of blueprint material for manufacture of firearms
(1)
A person must not possess or distribute blueprint material for the manufacture of a firearm on a 3D printer or an electronic milling machine.Maximum penalty—500 penalty units or 10 years imprisonment.
(2)
For subsection (1), a person does not possess blueprint material merely because the person is able to access the material on the internet.
